In crates/hub/src/protocol.rs, lines 110–158 on a0d4bbfbedd151cb19737a2893e56a5b8b1b19b286c3da4f59cc16b1bc7c9cb7. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. Also: oxy log -L 110,158:crates/hub/src/protocol.rs.

OxygenFlow claims list the state's pinned Oxygen subrepos that the pusher can read, and the job token may read those repositories too
