In crates/hub/src/protocol.rs, lines 64–90 on a3c8288b014138bff6296757c7e494d29e21a102b3f172763effe6f79672dc34. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. OxygenFlow claims list the state's pinned Oxygen subrepos that the pusher can read, and the job token may read those repositories too
