In crates/hub/src/backups.rs, lines 253–261 on a9f1c0bf403a835fdb6fd6cf2d3e7fead9a773090d5bd86a160110da3a4cd686. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here.
