History of hermetic 1 change

In crates/hub/tests/recovery.rs, lines 12–20 on api-unknown-fields. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. Also: oxy log -L 12,20:crates/hub/tests/recovery.rs.

Password reset and email verification: single-use hashed links, reset by verified email or an administrator's link, verification on every address change, notification mail only to verified addresses, and a file:// mail transport for development
