In crates/hub/src/config.rs, lines 443–462 on b5c199bd6b1a3c806938e2313ff1e52c63f64b21ed9200305ef1a2b224eeec88. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here.
