In crates/hub/src/images.rs, lines 329–331 on v0.9.11. Every change that wrote or deleted one of these lines, or deleted a line from between them. Exact, because each line keeps its identity across edits; edits elsewhere in the file are not here. Also: oxy log -L 329,331:crates/hub/src/images.rs.

Peer-held images: the hub keeps runners' manifests of images it lacks and places their jobs where a peer in the site holds them (closes #342; pins OxygenFlow #94)
