The inbox is one list with mark-all-read. Add: marking one thread read (and unread), done/archive per thread, filters by kind (proposal, issue, check, release…) and by repository, and a split between Participating (you authored, commented, were assigned, mentioned or asked to review) and Watching (you only watch the repository). Group entries by thread so one busy proposal is one row.
