Let people upload a profile picture (a photo) and organisation owners upload a logo, instead of the generated identicon. PNG, JPEG or WebP up to a size limit, checked by content, not by name; stored re-encoded and square-cropped at fixed sizes so nothing uploaded is served as is; served from /avatar/{name} with the identicon as the fallback, and removable to go back to it. Upload from Settings › Profile and the organisation's settings.
