From ~/oxygen_feedback.md issue #34/#35 (vampirekiller, 2026-10-04): boards are API-only (oh api /projects/...). Wanted: oh project create|list|view, oh project card add <issue> --column NAME and card move, and --project N on oh issue create. Also GET /projects/{owner}/{n}/cards answers 405 with an empty body: add the route or answer with a body naming the right one.
