The state cache keeps up to 64 loaded states whatever their size; a state and its snapshot (every text file rendered) can be hundreds of MB for a large repository, so the hub reached 17 GB RSS before the issue #116 deploy and 8.8 GB six hours after it. Bound it by an estimated size too (text x3 + 1 KB per change), 3 GiB by default, OXYHUB_STATE_CACHE_MB to change it; the newest entry always stays.
