The hub's log on Earth shows repeated panics on 2026-10-10 03:37 to 03:45: index out of bounds: the len is 87 but the index is 87, at crates/hub/src/web/repo.rs:207 (the file page's template). The blame view indexes its rows by line, and a conflicted file renders conflict markers, lines no change wrote, so the page has more lines than blame rows.
Reproduced in tests/edits.rs: blame of a.txt while main carries a conflict panics with the same message.
