tests/edits.rs a_rotated_identity_links_itself_and_an_agent_s_change_says_via sleeps 300 ms after a push and then expects the push hook (spawned on the runtime) to have linked the successor identity. Under load (two VS Code imports on the same machine, 2026-10-10) it failed once and passed alone and on a rerun. Wait for the hook to finish (poll with a deadline, or a test hook that signals) instead of a fixed sleep.
