The Projects page has uneven spacing: the owner link and '+ new project' sit loosely under the title, and the New project form is appended below the list and overlaps it. Rework it: a header row with a filter box and a New project button; Open and Closed counts as tabs; each project a row with a board icon, its title, a private badge, '#N updated DATE' and its description; the new-project form in its own panel (or page) rather than under the list; consistent spacing with the rest of the hub.
