Done by proposal proposal #133 (landed): the API, and so oh proposal create in a wiki checkout, now answers that NAME.wiki is a wiki that takes no proposals, issues or runs, and says how to publish (merge into main and push). Checked on oxygenhub.io on 2026-10-18 with GET /api/v1/repos/andymccall/oxygenflow.wiki/proposals. Closing.

From oxygen_feedback.md (Metal Gear, 2026-10-10): oh proposal create in a wiki checkout (remote OWNER/NAME.wiki) fails with 'HTTP 404: no such repository', though pushing a bookmark works. Ask: proposals for wiki repositories, or a plain error saying wikis take no proposals and how to publish (push to main).
