From oxygen_feedback.md (Metal Gear, 2026-10-06 and 2026-10-11): a manual run starts every job with
on { manual }, so asking for Metal Gear'sperformancereport also starts the hour-longfunctional-tests. Ask:oh run start --job NAME(repeatable), in oh and the API (and the Run pipeline form), starting only the named jobs and the jobs they depend on; an unknown or non-manual job is refused, naming the manual ones.
