Seen 2026-10-11 on doomsdayone/metalgear run issue #164: once earth-1 claimed performance, the API still showed waiting: no runner can take it: earth-1 does not hold image 0ba25243a7c5; … on the running job. The pages only show it for queued jobs, but API readers (and oh run view's JSON) see a stale reason. Ask: clear waiting when a job is claimed.
