From Vampire Killer (2026-10-11, via ~/claude_chat.md): its Coverage tab shows 15.7% (run issue #61) because 136 of 239 tests need the copyrighted reference build, which never leaves Andy's workstation; there the same suite covers 96%. Ask: upload the workstation's LCOV as the coverage of a state, recorded as uploaded by an account rather than measured by a runner, and shown so the two figures cannot be mistaken for each other.

• POST /api/v1/repos/{o}/{n}/coverage (repo:write) with {"bookmark"} or {"change"} and content (LCOV or Cobertura): parsed against that state's files as a job's artifact is, kept with the uploader's name; no Flow run, and no coverage check (an upload is not verified by a runner).
• oh coverage upload FILE [--bookmark B | --change HASH].
• The Coverage page, its history and the Reports card say "uploaded by NAME" in place of "run #N".
