Found 2026-10-12 cleaning up proposals: oxygen issue #104 and issue #70 add no changes (their work is already on main) but stay open, and neither the API (PATCH /proposals/{n} takes title, body, labels) nor oh has a way to close one; only the web page does. Ask:
PATCH /proposals/{n} {"state":"closed"}(author or maintainer, with an optional comment) andoh proposal close N [-m MSG]; and perhaps close a proposal automatically when everything it proposes is already on its target.
