doomsdayone/metalgear (162 bookmarks) took ~31 s to open. The overview summarises every bookmark (change count, latest change, conflicted), each a full state load (~0.1 s); summaries live only in memory, so every hub restart makes the first visit pay for all of them. Fix: keep bookmark summaries on disk (a pure function of the heads, never stale), compute missing ones in parallel, compute them right after a push moves a bookmark, raise the state cache's count limit (64, always full; the 3 GiB byte budget is the real limit), and log requests slower than 2 s with their path.
