There is no way to see which runner images exist, where they are (the hub, which runners, which are fetching from the swarm now) and what uses them. A third tab on Admin › Runners lists every image a runner holds, the hub keeps, or a job ran on in the last 90 days: size and architecture, where it is, the repositories whose jobs used it, and who sent it; an image held nowhere is marked.
