Projects (hub spec §8.2) have pages but no API, so tools, the VS Code extension and the work log cannot list boards, add cards or move them. Add /api/v1/projects/{owner} (list, create) and /api/v1/projects/{owner}/{n} (board with columns and cards; add, move, remove cards; columns), with the same visibility rules as the pages.
