Andy (2026-10-13): there's no place to see Diffusion's state. Build: a Diffusion tab on an upstream (one row per consumer: pin, behind, the open bump with a green/amber/red/grey chip, the last landed bump, follow mode); a Follows panel on each consumer's overview; a site-wide Admin › Diffusion. Colours (Andy's choice): green = upstream checked and the consumer's run on the bump passed; amber = run passed but the upstream has no checks; red = the run failed; grey = running; up to date = nothing to bump. Bug found with it: landing a proposal on the hub moves the bookmark without the push path, so the pin index is not refreshed (metalgear and metalgear2 still show 17 behind after their bumps landed) and an upstream landed on the hub does not propagate. Landing must do what a push does for Diffusion.
