A Discord webhook added to andymccall/oxygen never receives anything, ping included: every delivery is OxygenHub's JSON envelope, and Discord rejects any body without content or embeds (400 "Cannot send an empty message"). Webhooks need a payload format: oxygenhub (the signed envelope), discord and slack, with Discord chosen for Discord URLs. The table should also show each hook's last delivery result, so a failure is visible without opening the log.
