On the webhook settings: a long URL pushes the table out of its panel; the full URL is shown, although for Discord and Slack the path carries the secret token; and a webhook cannot be edited, only deleted and added again. Show the URL masked and wrapped, and add an edit form (URL, secret, events, format, active) where a blank URL or secret keeps the current one.
