Earth's slow-request log (2026-10-13 22:02Z): GET /api/v1/repos/doomsdayone/metalgear/proposals took 28.4 s. It works out each listed proposal's projected state and verdict one after another, and on a GCS-backed store each is many round trips. Do them four at a time, in order. Found while chasing the proposal issue #305 freeze (not reproducible after issue #170).
