docs/backgrounds.md §4 and §5 "Live": new activity joins its cluster with one widening ring, without reloading. A small endpoint, GET /sky/arrivals?scene=mine|hub&since=MS, over the same sky query and with the sky's privacy (member repositories for mine, public ones for hub, nothing signed out for mine); the page polls it every 30 s while shown; the engine adds the marks and draws the ring (none when still).
Found while doing it: moving backdrops never stopped after 2 minutes without input (§6), because every scene counted its drift as busy. Fixed here too.
