Andy chose "Opt-in, per repository" (2026-10-13, after rstar-api's first green/green). land = auto in a subrepo's .oxymodules entry, or Settings › Diffusion › Landing (and the API), off by default. The hub lands a bump itself as the diffusion account when both halves are green (the upstream state the bump pins passed its own run; the consumer's run on the bump as it is now passed), through land_as signed by the hub's key, so required checks, approvals and the trust policy decide; never for an untested (amber) upstream; recorded on the timeline. The R* games stay manual: auto-land is not switched on for any of them.
