docs/backups.md §5. A repository's Settings › Backup (and PUT /repos/{owner}/{name}/backup): with its owner's (default), left out, or at least hourly/daily. Its own schedule makes the owner's backup run at least that often (even when the owner's is off, then taking only the repositories that asked); runs stay whole. A run by hand takes all but those left out. Admin › Backups counts what a scheduled run covers.
