First real runs on oxygenhub.io (2026-10-14 ~10:45): both owners' backups ended partial, every repository refused with 'GCS write: 411 Length Required'. A store holds empty files, and an empty upload went without a Content-Length header, which Google (and S3) require. Fix: send the length on every upload, GCS and S3; the fakes now refuse an upload without one, and the tests put an empty file in the store (the GCS test fails without the fix with the same 411).
