Rewrite the Diffusion roadmap so every claim says whether it is built, designed or later, and add what leading needs: Cargo and Docker (we use them), a way for others to add ecosystems (npm, pip, ...), OSV vulnerability alerts, confidence across consumers, following releases, a why-is-it-held view, rollback, guarantees and measured numbers. Docs only; work items follow as issues.
