Images in rendered Markdown (READMEs, Markdown files) do not show. A relative image such as ![i](img.png) is rebased to /{owner}/{name}/file/{ref}/img.png, which is the HTML file page, not the image's bytes.

Fix: a raw route, /{owner}/{name}/raw/{ref}/{path}, serving a file's bytes with the same safe content types as ?plain=1 (images inline, everything else as an attachment), and Markdown images rebased to it. The issue and proposal bodies should rebase the same way.
