Both parts are in place: GET and PUT /api/v1/repos/{owner}/{name}/checks/required exist (audited as repo.required_checks), and every Oxygen repository requires its Flow checks: oxygen and oxygenhub flow/build, clippy, fmt, test; oxygenflow flow/clippy, fmt, summary, test; oxygen-vscode and oxygenhub-vscode flow/check, package. metalgear, oxygenhub-android and rstar-api are left as they are, being your projects rather than Oxygen's.

Each repository's default bookmark should require its OxygenFlow checks before a proposal lands. Required checks can only be set from the settings page; add GET and PUT /repos/{o}/{n}/checks/required to the API, then set them for every repository.
