On a proposal's changes list (and wherever a change title is shown), Diffusion bump changes carry the pinned state address in their title or description line, e.g. 'Diffusion: move rstar-api to doomsdayone/rstar-api 02a6c9d4746a+1ac2fb7fa2f8+…' with 20+ heads joined by '+'; the line does not wrap and runs off the page, pushing the change hash and checks out of view. Use the same approach as issue #198: show a long hash or state address by its two ends (02a6c9d4…e79a3356 (21 heads)) with the whole in a wrapped tip on hover or focus; and let any long unbroken text in a change row wrap (overflow-wrap: anywhere) so nothing pushes the row wider than the card. Consider making Diffusion's bump title shorter too (name the upstream state by its first head and count, the full address in the body).
