Enabling OxygenFlow for a repository means editing hub.toml's [flow] repos and restarting the hub. Andy asked for a UI, and metalgear's feedback (item 10) asks for the same.
Add a per-repository setting (on, off or site default) under Settings → OxygenFlow. Only site administrators can change it; it applies from the next push.
