Andy asked how to delete bookmarks. The hub has no delete action, and until oxygen#13 nothing could delete a bookmark on a remote.
Add a delete button on the bookmarks page for writers, never for the default bookmark, logged like a push. The hub should also refuse a pushed deletion of its default bookmark.
