The hub's dist job builds oh only; oxygenhub.io runs a hub built on the workstation. For the GCP move, oxygenhub-gcp's image job (phase 6, decision 0005: a baked VM image from Flow, Andy 2026-10-16) needs the server built in Flow with a signed receipt: oxygenhub-server-VERSION-linux-x86_64.tar.gz, built with --features postgres for glibc 2.28, as a dist artifact and release asset beside oh's packages.
