The repository bar has 16 links (Code, Changes, Proposals, Issues, Projects, Wiki, Flow, Reports, Diffusion, Bookmarks, Releases, Tags, Conflicts, Trust, Pushes, Settings) and wraps on narrow screens, while newer outputs have no home: Terraform state sits in Settings, runner images only on the admin page, build artifacts only inside each run.

Agreed with Andy (2026-10-18):

• Top: Code, Changes, Proposals, Issues, Flow, Releases, Wiki, Artifacts ▾, More ▾, Settings.
• Artifacts ▾: Releases, Build artifacts (every run's outputs in one list, new), Images (the runner images this repository builds or uses), Terraform state (its own page, out of Settings), Reports.
• More ▾: Bookmarks, Tags, Diffusion, Trust, Pushes.
• Off the bar: Projects (the owner's page has it), Conflicts (a notice on Code when there are any), Tags (a second sub-tab of Releases).
• Every page and URL stays; menus work without JavaScript and within the CSP (no inline scripts).
