From Metal Gear (2026-10-18): oh proposal create reads a body from a file with -F, but oh issue comment only takes -b. Every oh command with a body (issue create, issue comment, proposal comment, proposal edit, release notes) should take -F FILE (and -F - for stdin) the same way.
