A trait (publish(topic, payload), subscribe(topic)) for bookmark moves, proposal changes, checks, run and job state, delivery nudges and live rooms. In-process broadcast (today) and Postgres LISTEN/NOTIFY (ids and kinds in the payload, under 8000 bytes; each node relays to its local broadcast). Later NATS JetStream (issue #208, issue #209) for durable streams and subscribers outside the hub. At most once; anything that must not be lost is a row. Design: docs/roles.md (2026-10-19).
