autoland::evaluate is serialised by a process-wide TURN mutex; Diffusion's propagate/try_land race similarly. With several web nodes, one proposal could land twice. Use a Postgres advisory lock per proposal (or per consumer bookmark for Diffusion). Design: docs/roles.md (2026-10-19).
