Andy (2026-10-24): after expediting a run, its jobs still show the place they had before ("9 of 9 jobs come before") until something else changes. The waiting note should update as soon as the queue is reordered, live on the run page; and jobs that moved down because of it could say so ("after run #N, expedited").
