Found building the Android app: when the user taps Cancel during device sign-in, the device code stays valid on the hub for up to 15 minutes; crates/hub/src/api/device.rs has no route to withdraw it. Want: DELETE /api/v1/device/code (by device code) that marks it denied, and oh auth login to call it on Ctrl-C.
