The hub reads LCOV and Cobertura (crates/hub/src/coverage.rs). The JVM world writes JaCoCo XML (Gradle's jacoco plugin, JetBrains Kover), which neither format is: the Android app's coverage needs it, and so would any Java or Kotlin repository. Detect it (<report with JaCoCo's DOCTYPE), read each sourcefile's line counters into the same per-file coverage, and map package paths to repository paths by the sources the job's scope holds.
