Andy (2026-10-25), opening a proposal: the Title/Description box is about half the width of the changes box above it, leaving empty space to its right, so the two do not line up; below it "draft with claude", the "draft: not ready for review" checkbox and "Open proposal" stand on three lines, two blue buttons of different shapes, with no grouping.

Fix: the form as wide as the changes box; one action row under the description: Draft with Claude as a secondary button beside the editor (it fills the fields, it does not submit), then the draft checkbox and Open proposal together, the submit button last, as other forms on the site place theirs.
