Andy (2026-10-25, doomsdayone/supermarioland2#317): an opened "referenced by 83 changes on 24 Oct 2026" box has a vertical line through its first column of chips, and the same hashes repeat (45271baedb68 four times).

• The line: the issue page's events and reference boxes carry the class timeline for their indent, and .timeline::before is the proposal timeline's rule, so each opened box drew its own rule through the chips. Fix: their own class, tl-event.
• The repeats: a change was recorded once per bookmark it was pushed on ("… on develop", "… on main", diffusion bookmarks), and once per mention in its message. Fix: one reference per change per issue or proposal, and the page shows each change once (for what is already recorded).
