GET /api/v1/repos/{owner}/{name}/changes/{hash} gives each file's added/removed counts but not its lines, so clients (the Android app) cannot show a diff themselves. Add each file's diff lines (kind, old and new line numbers, text) with a cap per file and a flag when it was cut.
