From ~/oxygen_feedback.md (metalgear, 2026-10-25): metalgear issue #343 landed; a change pushed afterwards to its bookmark (audio-irq) got only 'Pushed earth/audio-irq - updated' and never reached develop; found a day later. Wanted: the push says the bookmark's proposal has landed and these changes are not on its target, with the command to open a new proposal; and the landed proposal's page says it has changes since landing.
