Andy, 2026-10-28: creating a repository (app or web) can take a description; when an assistant is set up for the owner, the hub asks its model for a starter set of files and commits them to the new repository as the assistant's delegate (signed, attributed, reviewable), never silently. Without an assistant the field is not shown. API first: POST /api/v1/repos/{owner}/{name}/starter {description}; the Android app's New repository form uses it.
