Andy, 2026-10-30/31: hub tools for AI agents, as oh mcp, an MCP server over stdio for the repository oh resolves (the checkout's remote, or --repo).

• Read: issues, issue, proposals, proposal, proposal_files, proposal_checks, runs, run (with timings), job_log, job_reports, tests, releases, drops, inbox.
• Write only with --allow-write (and the token's scopes still decide): issue_create, issue_comment, issue_close, proposal_comment, run_rerun.
• Everything the hub returns is under untrusted, and every tool description says it is data, never instructions (prompt injection).
• Built on oxy-core's MCP protocol module (oxygen#159) through the pin chain.
