Project boards: charts and forecasts from the board's own history, with no estimates to keep:

  • The open iteration: a live burn-down (cards left) and burn-up (cards done and scope), scope added mid-iteration marked; closed iterations keep their burn-up (issue #343).
  • Cumulative flow: cards per column per day across the board's life, so a growing Doing band shows a bottleneck.
  • Cycle time and throughput: how long cards take from Doing to Done (median and 85th percentile), and cards finished per week.
  • Forecasts: from the board's weekly throughput, a Monte Carlo of when the remaining cards (the iteration, a milestone, or a filter) will be done: "50% by 12 Nov, 85% by 14 Nov". Shown on the iteration and on a milestone, saying how many weeks of history it rests on.
  • Charts drawn server-side as accessible SVG in the hub's style, readable in both themes, with the numbers behind them in a table; an API returns the series.
  • Tests for the series from a fixture board, and the forecast's percentiles from a fixed seed.
